Dr. Amanda is a Las Vegas-based health and sexuality educator. Graduating with a Doctor of Human Sexuality (DHS) degree in June 2010 from the Institute of Advanced Study in Human Sexuality (IASHS) at
the age of 23; Dr. Amanda is one of the youngest sexologist in North America. She has an undergraduate degree in Human Services Counseling (2008) and a graduate degree in Public Health (2011) with a focus in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Dr. Amanda is also a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), Nevada Public Health Association (NPHA), American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex (SSSS). Dr. Amanda loves teaching people about sexuality and sexual wellness. She wants every person to love, enjoy and own their own sexuality and sensuality.
Since 2011, Dr. Amanda works as a full-time health educator at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and encourages safer sex awareness through condom distribution and sexuality education classes. She also teaches monthly “real-life" sexuality education workshops at the Erotic Heritage Museum in Las Vegas on topics ranging from “The Art of Fellatio and Cunnilingus” to “The Art of Teasing and Pleasing Yourself”.
In 2013, Dr. Amanda was featured teaching the Art of Cunnilingus class on an episode of the Showtime original series Gigolos.
